REFUNDS & RETURN POLICY
By Signing Up To Sell On Crafty, The Seller Agrees To Provide Refunds To Buyers Who Do Not Receive Their Products; Received The Product Too Late; Or The Products Are Not As Described, As Outlined Below:
Non- Delivery: If The Buyer Does Not Receive An Item, As Outlined Below, The Seller Must Provide A Refund:
- The buyer does not receive the item ordered because the item was never sent.
- The buyer does not receive the item because it was not sent to the address provided on crafty.
- There is no proof the item was shipped to the address.
Not As Described: If The Buyer Demonstrates That One Of The Following Are True, The Seller Must Provide A Refund:
- An item is not as described if it is materially different from the listing description or photos.
- The item received is a different than what displayed and described on the shop and not limited to color, model, version, or size, ingredients
- The item has a different design or material.
- The item was advertised as authentic but is not authentic.
- The seller failed to disclose the fact that an item is damaged or is missing parts.
- The quantity of items you ordered was not what was received.
- The condition of the item is misrepresented. For example, the description at the time of purchase said the item was "new" and the item is used.
Late Delivery Refer To Receive The Product Later Than Seller Agreed To Prepare/Deliver As Per Timeline Provided For The Product Preparation As Per Shop & Product Policy: If The Buyer Provides Proof That All These Conditions Have Been Met, The Seller Must Provide A Refund:
- The item(s) were ordered for a specific date or event.
- The item(s) are rendered useless after that date
- The seller did not ship the item(s) according to their processing time or the date agreed upon in Conversations.
Refunds Will Be Done Only Through The Original Mode Of Payment, Refunds Will Be Made Back To The Payment Solution Used Initially By The Customer. Please Allow For Up To 45days For The Refund Transfer To Be Completed.
