Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Payment & Processing

Orders are processed immediately through Telr. All refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically take 10–45 business days to reflect, depending on your bank.

2. Order Cancellation

Before Shipment

Customers may cancel anytime before the order is shipped. A full refund will be issued with no fees.

After Shipment

Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled. However, customers may still request a return as outlined below.

3. Returns & Refunds (excluding custom or personalized items)

  • -day return window from the delivery date.
  • Full refund after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Return shipping is covered by Crafty.
  • Seller is responsible for original outbound shipping, which is deducted from their balance.
Important: Custom or personalized items (names, photos, sizes, etc.) are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Returns requested after 15 days are not accepted. Contact support for exceptions, which are handled case by case.

4. Exchanges & Partial Refunds

  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: Contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Crafty will cover return shipping and issue a full refund or replacement.
  • Minor issues: For problems that don’t affect use, partial refunds or store credit may be issued—approval required.

5. Communication Guidelines

  • Provide detailed descriptions and supporting photos when reporting issues.
  • All returns and exchanges must be approved by Crafty support before shipping items back.
  • Unauthorized returns may be refused.

6. Custom & Personalized Orders

Final Sale: Custom or personalized items cannot be returned or refunded except in cases of damage or error.
  • Cancellation allowed only before production begins.
  • Once production starts, orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
  • If a custom item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours. Return shipping is covered and we’ll issue a refund or corrected replacement.

7. Refund Timing & Seller Obligations

  • Refunds are issued after the item is received and reviewed by our team.
  • All refunds are processed through Telr and can take 10–45 business days depending on your bank.
  • Sellers are not charged for return shipping but will be responsible for the original outbound shipping cost.

8. Compliance & Consumer Rights

Crafty aligns with Telr’s payment and refund processes, and adheres to relevant consumer protection laws. If local laws require different terms (e.g., longer return periods), those exceptions will be honored where applicable.
